Want to gift your mom/bestie/partner (or someone else) a color guide?
Upon popular request, we are opening gift orders back up for the month of May!
⏰ All orders can be scheduled! That means you tell us the giftee’s email address and choose a date (May 12th for example). On that date we will let your bestie/mom/partner know they have been gifted a color guide and how to proceed. You can choose any date before May 31st 2024. Your giftee has unlimited time to submit their photos (so no stress).
So how does this work?
🎁 Gift EDITION
EXAMPLE: Let’s say you want to gift both your mom and your sister a color guide for Mother’s day, which is on May 12th in your country.
STEP 1 🛒 Receive link to form after purchase
After purchase you will receive an email with a link to a form, where you can enter your mom and sister’s details. This link is sent automatically after completing the purchase. Please check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox. Email us here if you can’t find it after 24h.
STEP 2 📲 Enter details via form
You will be asked to enter an email and a name for each giftee. You will also be asked to select a date on which we will send your mom and sister an email, informing them about their color guide. You can select any date from May 12th to May 31st. If you are gifting multiple color guides, you can select a different date for each.
STEP 3 📧 Giftees receive email on selected date
On the date(s) you have selected your mom and your sister will receive an email from us letting them know that you have gifted them a color guide and how to proceed. The email includes detailed information on how best to take your own photos for the analysis and a link to the Color Questionaire.
STEP 4 📲 Giftees complete the Color Questionaire
Your mom and sister can upload their photos to the Color Questionaire on their own schedule. There is NO TIME LIMIT FOR SUBMITTING PHOTOS for gifted color guides! The link to the Color Questionaire will stay valid.
STEP 5 ⏳ Wait About 14 Days
Once they have uploaded their photos we will get to work on your mom and sister’s color guides. If the photos they submitted are not clear enough, we will contact them directly.
STEP 6 🤩 Color Guides are sent out by email
We will send your mom and sister their Personal Color Guides by email within 14 days (although sometimes it takes us a few extra days).

Summer, Winter, Soft Autumns: If you are not familiar with seasonal color analysis it can all sound a bit complicated. That's why before I tell you which one of the twelve types you are, we'll do a short dive into the system as a whole and what it has to do with color theory.
4Tadaa... Your Seasonal Color Type
Based on the photos you have submitted you will receive a full analysis of your coloring, including your undertone, value, chroma, contrast level... and of course your seasonal color type. I will let you know exactly WHY I landed on your type, and I'll also handpick a set of colors from your palette that I think harmonize especially well with your coloring.
5Your Personal Color Palette 🎨
Your color palette consists of 24 finely calibrated shades that optimally harmonise with your seasonal type, contrast level and base lightness.
6Your Colors In-Depth
To help you spot your exact colors in the wild, this section compares common fashion or beauty colors to those that are bang on your colors. All modelled on celebrities that are either your exact or sister type, so you can get an idea of how each shade works with your complexion.
7Hair and Make Up Colors💄
If there is only one thing you align to your color type make it your hair color! Your color guide includes a range of options that all harmonise with your color type and contrast level, plus recommendations for make up colors.

This is a COLOR consultation only. Your guide will not take into account your personal style or preference for certain colors. All mood boards and outfit examples in your guide will feature a variety of aesthetics.
To allow me to offer this service to as many people as possible, your color consultation will be delivered in the form of a digital guide only. It does not include a face-to-face consultation or any follow-up advice.
Color analysis is not a hard science, because it involves multiple variables that exist on a spectrum and that need to be interpreted in relation to each other. It’s absolutely possible that another color analyst would type you differently than I would, which does not necessarily mean that either of us are “wrong”.
I have not been professionally trained in color analysis. I am simply a person who is into fashion and colors and who enjoys distilling abstract topics into practical takeaways. I am also the author of The Curated Closet, a bestselling style book that has been translated into multiple languages, and my posts on color analysis have ranked in the top five search results for that term for over ten years now.
